Is there enough content out there to last a person a lifetime?

There's an insane amount of content out there. Movies, music, videogames, comic books, TV shows, books, porn, etc...

As of of now, do you think there's enough content out there to last a person, from birth until death?
I bet there's enough content on pornhub to drain an entire crew of seamen for their entire lives

I'd be surprised if there wasn't.

Edit: since I googled how many song are on Spotify. Which is still not all recorded music, and there are over 80 million tracks. So answer is yes and not even a question with printed media.

To watch stuff you enjoy? Depends on the person but probably not. That is why a lot of stuff gets rewatched. Just not enough of the things you like.

Also sometimes you WANT to rewatch stuff. The more you watch, the more stuff you want to rewatch

Yeah certain tv shows, movies and video games i watch and play every few years again. We do because they are meaningful and fun to us. Most stuff you watch just wont get to that level.

Most, if not all of those mediums you listed have more than enough content to last several life times.

Books especially lol.

Sure. There's enough for at least ten empty, boring lifetimes.

I heard that's the reason the Titanic went down.......... Something about a time traveller with an iPad............... distracted crew.........I reckon the series 1899 is based very loosely on it........

That's what I keep telling the kids.......

If you're referring to all content then yes, easily. There's enough new content uploaded to youtube every day to last a lifetime. It's mostly shit but technically it's content.

Of course there is. Go to any library and you know there’s far more books even in that one building than anyone could actually read, even if he or she were cloistered for their entire life with food and shelter provided for them and nothing else to do but read, eat and sleep. Factor in other media like movies and tv and it’s not even a question. I don’t think the average person would even get through one streaming service’s content even if they were watching it all night into the early hours of the day like that guy writing his thesis on Gene Hackman and Michael Caine movies in PCU.
