i've seen people drink some sort of shake before they run. but i dont know what they drink.
my biggest problem is cardio. i can run fast enough but no too long. im out of breath after running 2miles.
i would really like to improve my cardio so i can run faster and longer.
is there any supplements or drinks that can really improve your cardio while training???
