Is there a special way to wear handwraps for boxing? Personnally, I wear them so my knuckles and wrist are protected... But is there supposed to be a special way to wear hand wraps?

good question, I have no idea. I have a boxing instructional that tells you how to do it but I dont know of any sites. Give google a rip, it always comes back with something.

Open plam wrapping involves making an X pattern on the back of your hand as you are wrapping them. My friend has a MT book with the details in it, I'll see if I can borrow it from him and scan the page sometime.
