Is there a HW who is top 20 P4P right now?

Maybe Stipe? Maybe? I know p4p is bullshit but based on skill and resume I don't think there is a guy in that division that stacks up with the best in the world.

There hasn't been a dominant force since Cain tho, and the majority of the division fights sloppy as hell

It's hard to say because one error loses you a fight heavy. But in terms of fight IQ a lot of them seem very poor.

Fedor is barely top 20 at HW right now. Are people trying to make Fedor a parody? I'd say no HW is top 10 p4p. They just aren't as skilled as smaller guys. Stipe is a part time fighter and is the champion. But p4p is fantasy.

P4P all time you mean? I agree if so, although idk about Stipe and Hunt. But right now Fedor and Hunt? I mean P4P is such a stupid thing like obviously Hunt would smash DJ but in terms of what they are both doing it's hard for me to put Hunt in the same class. It's hard to judge HW though cause getting hit is a whole different problem for them.

I'm sorry but watching HWs strike and the technique is miles behind smaller guys. Far more sloppy. And what other weight class can a part time fighter get so far? Carwin, Rogers, Stipe all part time fighters who beat top HWs.
