So Conor McGregor gets pulled from UFC 200 for not doing media, but Ronda Rousey gets a pass when press been largely fair to her? OK then.

It seems quite clear that The UFC brass don't feel like Ronda can cope with the media pressure she is under, yet if a male colleague felt the same they would be pulled from a card?

It is downright offensive that they feel a woman is too emotional to cope with the stress that a man can.

Welcome to Donald Trump's America

Do you feel the need to see Ronda in TV?

<{clintugh}>

The UFC bosses know she's a mental midget and they know she doens't have a soul anymore :) The longer they can hide it to the casuals and make it look like that fight is competitive, higher are the chances of doing good PPVs numbers

Fuck off, Ronda has done more than her fair share of Media shit for years, she carried WMMA on her back single handed for a long time.

she deserves a break from Media commitments so she can give 100% to the fight.

I would say that UFC will shift majorly to feminism in the coming years. Now that it's in the hands of the Liberal Elite, expect all kinds of preferential treatment for the women fighters to the detriment of the actually talented, world-class male fighters.

Plus, last week's card show that WME can get huge TV ratings by trotting out two massively underpaid but attractive women in a TV main event. Even though they'll extol the virtue of women in prominent positions, they'll still underpay them due to the bottom line.

Baiter. In all ways. With some nice insults to others completely uninvolved. SJW are like bitter baby robots.

What's the point of faking being offended?

Has any other fighter been allowed to skip media obligations without consequences? TS has a point.

McGregor got pulled from 200 for MISSING already agreed obligations. Then clearly had a reduced media schedule with 202.

A companies biggest starsgetting more leeway with what they want isn't sexist, you idiot. Also for the dude who used the term "liberal elite", you're an idiot too.

Also what "mma media" should she do? If she does the MMAHour, you'll all complain about everything she says, and no doubt about Helwani handles it. She supposed to do all these fucking podcasts and YouTube shows that only a dozen people what, IF the show is lucky to get linked to on Sherdog?

EVERYONE who actually follows mma knows she's fighting, so there's zero fucking need for her to do that shit.

Thought this was going to be a thread about Paige somehow main eventing a show. And yes.

When you have an obviously emotional woman, talking about suicide, you have to tread lightly with her.

Clearly sexist and even slightly racist

Never happen...Anyone in power knows that women sports in general carry very little interest with the general public..Nobody cares about women's sports.
