Is the UFC mishandling Diego Sanchez?

diego is almost at chuck liddell status with the ufc. he has been with them forever, and he always brings it. i'm sure this was diego's decision, and the ufc is going to give him what he wants.

not sure how healthy it is. but if he wants it, they'll give it to him.

I think the drop to 145 might be a good idea, but perhaps facing an elite guy there in his first fight is ill advised.

This weight cut is going to lead to his first knockout loss. Not really a fan, but it's somewhat sad to see him running his body through the wringer like this to stay relevant.
