Is the Lions Den the most successful MMA camp?

You need mininmal game , yeah some will ask for money if you go after the lower class ones , the wealthy girls wont .

What part are you from

I’m from Bonao. The wealthy girls need to think you have money though lol. Just like any other place, if you look like a loser, you better have money lol.

Not disputing Jackson’s being the most successful, but they don’t get credit for titles won prior to the fighter actually training there. They had absolutely nothing to do with BJ or Arlovski’s UFC title runs, for example.

Off topic. This thread is about Dominican bitches.

Lol

I wouldnt recomend a novice in game to go to punta cana they will get worked

But Santo Domingo is pretty easy if you know where also neighbor city San Cristobal is all you can handle

Minimal money they just need to pay for taxi

Dominicans are flakes lol

I recommend Las Terrenas during Easter. Beach parties at 4am is prime to get laid. Sadly, I’m out of the game at this stage in my life. But I do remember the good ole days.

The Lions Den was the first of it's kind here in the U.S. but I wouldn't say they were the most successful. I would even go as far as saying that The Militech Fighting Systems gym is ahead of it.

But the list of names of who is who as far as titles and accolades belongs to Greg Jackson's camp regardless of their current slump.

GSP-UFC Champ
Overeem-Dream,K-1, SF Champ
BJ Penn- UFC Champ
Dieago Sanchez-TUF Winner
Frank Mir-UFC Champ
Jon Jones-UFC Champ
Rashad Evans-UFC Champ, Tuf winner
Holy Holm- UFC Champ
Caly Guida - SF Champ
Gina Caranno-SF Champ
Demico Page- LFC Champ
Nate Mardquart- Strifeforce Champ and King of Pancrase
Karo Parysian- WEC Champ
Carlos Condit- UFC interim Champ WEC champ
Michelle Waterson- Invicta Champ
Andrei Arlovski-UFC Champ
Sarah Kaufman-SF Champ
Donald Cerone- WEC and UFC #1 Contender
Cub Swanson- UFC #1 Contender
Most of the people on this list did not come up in the Jackson camp. They they came later to train once they were established.

Pioneers of the Sport. Heard that (Like many other early gyms) these guys would spar 100%. Training would be harder than the actual fight. Wish I could have seen that... True Badass MMA.

Yes, I didn’t catch Coleman’s name when I saw Taktarov.

Ken tried to help Coleman with his cardio issues and cornered him for his fight with Rizzo.
Rizzo finished strong, but I still felt like Coleman GnP’d him for most of the fight, and strongly disagree with the decision to Rizzo.

But it’s not nearly as awful as the Rutten/Randleman decision, which is the worst decision of all time.

these are the guys from lions den

I respect your memory
Of Coleman vs Rizzo. I dont remeber the fight at all.
Rutten vs randleman was a good decision.

I wouldn't say their career's were ruined, because they made their name and career from the Lion's Den. Though Smith and F. Shamrock were better off leaving the gym and more should have followed suit, when they outgrew what the gym had to offer IMO

Mezger career could have really gone far, if he left with F. Shamrock and Smith IMO.

Just thinking back to what happened at the GP. Being a matter of principle or not for Ken, that was pretty bad when he forced Mezger out of the Pride GP. Screaming and pointing at Guy to leave the ring, like he was his dog. But who knows. Maybe Guy wanted to leave too. It was for the best anyways, because we may have never gotten Saku/Royce Gracie.

Another notch in the shit luck belt for Guy Mezger. Dude could have went down as one of the greats IMO. I can't think of another high level fighter, who's had more shit luck then him, from the robberies, having the flue during the 2nd Tito fight, the GP, and what happened with him before the 3rd Tito fight which ended his career.
Guy was the main one that came to mind in this. He was already good but could have gone much farther. I saw them really limited staying there. I don't doubt Oleg would have beaten Ken if they hadn't ha e already rolled together 1k times. A lot of coulda woulda shoulda.

He may have helped, but I just don’t think Coleman was there long enough to be on their roster.

I don’t know if Randleman/Rutten is the worst decision of all time, when it’s probably the most extensive case of deliberate stalling by a fighter.
