I guess it depends on the type of salad and how much you are eating. Vegetable salad is extremely low in calories.They both have around the same amount of calories. I guess I should of used a regular cheese burger as a better example. Which is around 380 calories compared to 500 calories.

Order 2 bun less double cheese burgers with a large Diet Coke and you’re good. That’s 4 Patties with cheese, some lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard. More full-filled than a salad with dressing and has less calories.

Oh whatever. We are talking about fucking fast food in this thread. Not home made meals. My point still stands though. People have a false pre conceived notion about salads. They think it’s going to help them lose weight, when in reality, it’s getting them fat, because they don’t know anything about calories. Even people add a shit ton of dressing at home with their homemade salad and think it’s healthy because it’s a fucking salad. When you mentioned burger king you just said "I eat burger king and junk food now and have a 6 pack".
I used to be the same way. I would eat subway every day getting a 12 inch Italian sub, double meat, with almost everything on it and I would also have a bag of sea salt potato chips. I was always in good shape with some muscle mass but I never had a six pack back then. Now I know why. I eat Burger King and junk food now and I have a six pack. Having a low body fat percentage Is all about caloric restriction, keeping your daily intake below your basal metabolic rate. A fucking salad with dressing on has more calories than a double cheeseburger sandwich.
