It’s a really good song. Lord knows my Top 10 musical picks don’t always agree with everyone else’s— so if it’s in your Top 10, who’s to tell you differently?
I’m not really a big country fan, but if made a Top 10 list probably this wouldn’t make the cut. I could fill the list with stuff by Hank Sr, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Buck Owens, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers (“The Gambler”), The Carter Family, Willie Nelson...somebody else, lol. Does Tennessee Ernie Ford count?
