Ronda's the only exception. I think she had options in her UFC contract to go do movies etc. So maybe they gave her permission to go the WWE. I don't think Brock/Ronda was a swap. Brock is a free lancer who chooses what he wants to do.

Well, she hasn't fought at all in 2017 nor announced anything MMA related since the Nunes fight. Also I think Rousey could blame a lot of thing on Holm being a nightmare match-up and a personal nemesis, which reassured her to come back once Holly lost her belt. But it doesn't hold-up anymore after being crushed even worst by Nunes and now that Holm fell further down the ranks.
