Is Ronda overthinking Correia "suicide" comment?

In between watching the countdown and whacking off yesterday, it seems Ronda might have misunderstood Correia - "Please don't kill yourself!" and noted that it's a common expression used in Brazil. Correia even went on and stated she didn't know about Ronda family history and how her father killed himself. It just seemed Ronda is overthinking it

Top level athletes use any edge they can get, real or made up. She didn't misunderstand anything. She's gearing up to fight, not win a debate contest.
