Both were super hyped and very good in 1 skill until they got exposed. Lesnar's striking was thought to be formidable when he sent Herring flying and knocked out Randy. Ronda was touted to have superb boxing because of her KO power and aggressiveness. They both looked invincible when they ran through their opponents until someone with real striking skill showed up.

Brock did not have Edmond in his way

One thing about Brock is, like Ronda, he was a hated mega-star, but he handled his loss like a champion.

Brock could actually crack, and had legit KO power, and although he was scared to take a shot, he could fora few seconds, trade, and somewhat block and dodge a few shots. Ronda literally gets hit, wobbled, gets hit a ton more, then gets finished.

Brock never got molly whopped to the point of being unconscious. He still would have his wits about him, but then turtle up. Ronda literally serves her chin up on a silver platter, and does NOTHING to prevent a finish.

Brock was actually an amazing talent for MMA. Ronda had a mediocre win streak in the weakest division that the UFC had ever created and was hyped to hell by a small handful of idiots, until bullshit mountain collapsed all over them.

They are both white and blonde and made Uncle Dana a lot of money. They were both never his friend. Comparison ends there.

Lesnar managed not to get Ko'd by both Mark Hunt and Shane Carwin. He knew his strengths and weakness.

Difference is Brock actually stuck to his strengths and didn't try to be something he wasn't.

Brock was actually capable of adapting and showed much better chin and heart.

Is this another fat Ronda thread? I think we're good on those.

Brock got into the mma game too late if he did striking sooner he be the goat

"We are not just talking about once in a lifetime. We are talking about once ever." Joe Rogan about the skills of Ronda Rousey looooooooooooooooooooool

WTF are you talking about..... Show me one gif of Brock reacting well to being hit.

Brock's standup and reactions to being hit were shit, possibly worse than Ronda's. Sure, she showed nothing against Nunes but actually fired back against Holm and hung in there, on the feet, despite being clocked repeatedly.

Lmao you're in the denial phase, it's OK.

When Ronda gets hit, she doesn't even have enough time to not react well to it. Her awareness is that damn bad. She gets hit, doesn't know what happened, theen stupidly plods forward, or eats the enxt few shots, with no defense, no head movement, not even turlting up, because she's that oblivious to what's going on.

At least Brock gets hit, goes for a TD, fails, gets hit again, puts his gloves up to block, then run away, then turlte up.

Ronda literally just gets blasted to the face, and takes it until she's KTFO lol.

If Bork Laser wasn't afraid of getting hit and didn't turtle up then he would of been 1 hell of a MMA fighter within a few more years/fights.

And Ronda well she won't improve while she has Edmond training her, if anything as we have seen with all Glendale fighters they're actually getting worse and worse.

Might not have been much, almost minuscule, but Brock at least showed some improved striking defence vs hunt in his "comeback" and actually scored takedowns, albeit roided up.
