Watching his performance last night, and looking over his MMA record, Mike has always been about the KO. He had zero submissions as an MMA fighter. Yeah, his boxing debut didn't go well, but that was way back in 2015. Maybe he didn't train hard for it.

Who thinks Mike Perry would have done better as a boxer all along? I'm inclined to say, Yes.

He has been ranked top 15ish in the ufc (give or take)? He’d get no where near that ranking in boxing, mainly becomes his boxing is fuckin awful. One dimensional tough guys don’t succeed in boxing. As a boxer he’d be a journeyman at best. A guy that the prospects fight on the way up. And he wouldn’t last long doing that as he takes way too much damage

to put it in to perspective, he’d be fighting at SMW, which is ruled currently by canelo. No14 ranked SMW is Anthony dirrell, who’s a 2 time wbc champ. I wouldn’t favour him over 8 rounds with anyone in the current top 100 at SMW.
