Is overeem the most skillful HW ever?

I know he is chinny and simetimes show really poor fighting IQ. But i cant think of a more complete HW in terms of skills.

Fedor then Overeem. Overeem could easily lose to someone like Cain and lost to Miocic but he's more well rounded than both. There're like 4-5 HWs in UFC that have offensive submissions. Lower ranked HWs are really pathetic tho as shown in 2 other HW fights tonight.

Pretty hard to disagree. I mean his defence skill wise at least isn't that great but his chin and low fight IQ does let him down consistently. With a better chin and fight IQ I think a fair few of his losses would be Ws

Overeem might be technically the most complete we've ever seen at HW. Boxing, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch and wrestling, subs etc. His only real lacking thing I think is the jab.
