Nate hasn't brought in any pro boxers for training, which is surprising considering the amount of money he made his last fight. Conor on the other hand has brought a few boxers who can emulate Nate's style(and this a while back). He's even flying them in to Las Vegas. The fight is still 6 weeks away but you have the fight promotion and the recovery week before the fight, so it's really less than that.

Why would he when he won the last one in 8 minutes with 10 days prep?

Maybe this is just another big pay day to Nate. I don't think he cares about Conor McGregor just the $$$ he brings.

I had the impression Nate wanted to prove a point with this rematch. Winning this fight is gonna be HUGE for him, especially if he does it like the MJ fight. It's a good thing this press conference is so far removed from the fight. It's gonna light a fire under his ass and make him take it much more seriously.

Well this is Kind of true homies...

For McTapTwice this is the fight of his life, his existance as a fighter depends on it. Sooo Nate is for sure not taking it as serious as McGoat :)

how do you know what each fighter is doing for their camp, are you their trainers??

Nate regularly trains with pro boxers and has done for years. Difference is, he goes to train with them, rather than spunking loads on flying them in.

Don't think Conor's training with anyone as good as this man:

heard that they brought in Ser Davos.

lol

Well, you can't know for sure. But he and the people around him post pics after their training sessions. For example he sparred alot with Alan Sanchez for the MJ fight. this time around it seems he's sparring the usual crew and he spent a day or two with Joe schilling ( schilling said he's going to Stockton to help him train, but that's Kickboxing)

The thing is though. this fight is the biggest fight of his career and he just got PAID. I hope he's spending some of that cash on bringing in some top sparring.

I was just watching an interview where Nate joked about maybe not doing a camp.

He should not take Conor lightly, that would be a mistake.

If Nate is smart, or being adviced by smart people, he knows that he ain't getting a third shot at McGregor if he loses the rematch. Basically the first fight will be written off as a fluke by the marketing machine and that would be it.

So, in order to get another big fight after Conor 2 (=another fat paycheck) the only way is to come on top victorious at UFC 202.

The Diaz' do what they do. I thought everybody knew that. They are always in shape. And unless they're drinking tekillya in Mexico, they're always training.

They are ready to fight all the time. They've only been doing it for more than a decade. People don't know this already ??? 10 day tequila Cabo Nate knows what he's doing.

If Nate is all about the $$$ he will try to win this - winning equals more money.

The point being that it doesn't matter if Nate's in it only for the money - he'll take this fight seriously regardless.
