Is Nate Diaz known for much kicking?

I was thinking that standing back out of Conor's range and just chopping away at him may be a great opening strategy for Nate, weakening him before taking him down. I admit I'm not that well versed in Nate's history, is he known to be a solid kicker, leg kicker, etc?

No. He can kick, he'll throw some lead kicks out there, some front kicks, the occasional high kick in the Michael Johnson fight, but for the most part he does not kick.

You know, not everyone has the leg dexterity to throw leg kicks with full force. If you do, you're risking breaking your leg in half if they check it. Easier said then done.

Actually Nate has been checking kicks his last couple fights. He did in the Mj fight which caused Mj to land one wrong hurt his foot/shin and stopped throwing them. He checked a few of McGregor's before realizing they wouldn't do any damage anyway

Conor is incapable of throwing like Barboza, almost everyone is.
