Impressive. I'd say you're on par with a young Matt Mitrione.

Seriously though, you seemed to be all over the place.

Settle down, take the time and know what you want to throw.

I plant my feet when i throw but when i'm shadow boxing i like to imagine punches being thrown at me hence the movement, slipping punches etc...

Huh? Not to seem like a dick but that doesn't make sense.

If you're imagining punches being thrown at you you're mentally simulating a fight, so when you say you throw punches you plant your feet but when you shadow box you imagine punches being thrown at you so you jump around when you punch?

That's really good for no actual coach/training

P.s. don't worry, even pros need to refine their techniques. You're at a really good start if you just get a good coach or legit practitioner to guide you as you practice

*(I was completely expecting some wanky bs. You are quite fluid with your hands, congrats)

What's there to see? I just tried to make sense of your post and I just couldn't.

You do something one way when you shadow and say you do something different if there were actual punches when what you're doing different should not matter when there are punches. Footwork is key.

I feel this may be taking a bad turn so I'm going to stop the conversation.

you got the potential man, but people need to see your feet. Up ther it all looks tight. Better than I expected from a fellow sherdog cretin

You don't need to see his feet. He got no instructor, and no instructions- hence, no footwork. It's all hands in this vid, and for that, it's pretty dang good for a beginner (some guys never get that fluid, even after years in a gym)

This vid can only suggest potential, not tactics or proper technique (because he hasn't been taught any yet)

    ----

TS, an instructor will teach you the feet, legs, hips, balance, movement, etc. If you just take it easy and listen (and think and keep practice), I think it will be a lot easier, faster learning curve for you than the avg guy going in. Vast majority of people post videos of themselves doing complete trash. It's embarrassing (and I wont post in those threads). You've got some keys early, but of course there's stuff you'll need to refine, learn and add on- that's actually the fun part

    Good luck!

Not bad for someone with no training.. You look like you're burning too much energy though. Head movement is good, just ease it down a bit.

You should film your legs and feet as well. Also you should post this in the standup section. And I have th feeling you are throwing arm punches because your punches look TOO fast for someone with no real training. Also I think especially since having no real training you should slow it down a bit and look to make every move 100% correct.
I suspect you aren't using your legs and hips enough both for headmovement and for punching I suspect those are arm punches with only upperbody/shoulder strength but no leg drive.
I don't mean that as an insult but as constructive criticism and again post it in the standup technique forum
