No more Eric Bana or Edward Norton?
Is creepy Hulk Ruffalo here to stay?

Any future plans for another solo Hulk film?

I always thought Ed Norton was the best Hulk.

Ruffalo is signed on for multiple movie contract. Eric Bana is out and Marvel wanted Norton back, but he wanted more $ so they told him to stuff it and went out and got Ruffalo. So you won't see Bana or Norton again as Banner.

And Marvel can't make a solo Hulk movie yet because Universal owns the rights.

Norton was better, but Ruffalo is the hulk face for the disney franchise of marvel, he has to stay or clients will get confused

Yeah, he's getting his own movie or two I think. Unfortumately because he's my least favorite Banner and Hulk.

Edit: I know I saw it in a planning, but apparently it's not the case. Still will be in Avengers movies and possible other ones. Hopefully Universal makes a great Hulk movie to show Marvel how it's done.

Bana wasn't bad but his Hulk movie was dull.

Norton was good and his movie was good.

Ruffalo, though, is damn solid in the role in his own right. I think that he ended up being an awesome choice and has delivered in both Avengers films.

Ruffalo has been the best by far.

I'd also point out that Zodiac is easily one of my favorite films from the past decade and it's somewhat funny to go back and watch scenes between Ruffalo and RDJ now. Pretty cool that Stark and Hulk actors were in a film together before the Marvel movie onslaught began.

Ruffalo was born for that role

I bet that's going to turn out to be a big regret for Norton.

There's no plans for a Hulk solo movie yet.

Thanks for the clarification Dragon, I was sure I was missing something because I just read the article of Ruffalo talking about it.

Hopefully. He's the first actor -ever- that has made sense for the part of Bruce Banner. Bill Bixby was too much of a generic early 80s actor, Bana looked like a surfer, Norton had a whole lot of qualities that didn't come into play at all...

Not saying any of the above butchered the role, but Ruffalo is the first one who weren't just an appendix to the big green guy.

Not sure if he could carry a Hulk movie on his own, but then again I pretty much think Hulk movies are doomed to fail by default.
