Beats Tim Kennedy and immediately signs to fight Vitor in Brazil

Not gonna lie, him missing weight for the x time got me hella pissed but him stepping up is very commendable

    To me, he is forgiven

That's a big fight for him. He gets a trip Brazil to headline and fight a legend.. I wouldn't say they're mad at him anymore, but they don't want to risk him messing up future cards. Maybe they are doing it to keep him interested at 185? I don't know. Sounds like they want him there.

I will give him a pass until he inevitably goes back down to WW and misses weight again.

I never hated him in the first place, maybe indifferent but beating kennedy is big bonus in my books and he looked fantastic doing it, am now a fan.

Beating the crap out of Kennedy was a huge and redeeming accomplishment.

He is forgiven in the MW world, butt not the WW world... if that makes sense.

It's amazing how much handing out an ass kicking can redeem your name in MMA.

I like Kelvin but he needs to stay away from WW.

As a Kelvin fan I was very disappointed that he missed weight AGAIN, but he KO'd that habitual whiner Tim Kennedy...all is forgiven.

Straight after the Kennedy fight he said he wanted to go back to 170. I am not so sure he is "stepping up" rather than being forced to take this fight by the UFC.

I have always been a fan of Kelvin, his run on TUF was badass finishing everyone and it seemed like he was the underdog in every fight as well as being last picked

He has serious talent, certainly didn't like that his missing weight caused a fight to be cancelled though. Might have been a good thing for Cerrone though Kelvin probably would be too much for him honestly

No, especially since he seems to think that he can go back down.

He will beat what's left of Vitor but that's not saying a whole lot.

At this point i wouldn't count on that until he steps on the scale for his next fight, Middleweight or otherwise.

I think so. I mean he's always proven to be a good fighter. It's just the weight issues obviously. I think he ought to stay at 185. Being the quick little powerhouse at middle weight.
I mean if we all can forget about Lineker's issues in between each time he misses weight, I'm sure we can forgive Kelvin.
