do people ever do this? i always kinda spent by the end and i was wondering if it would give me more energy to last longer during rolling.
I have tried it before. Honestly, the first 10-20 minutes, its good. But after that i feel a little tired (mostly because the stim high has left)
I don't reccomend it pre-BJJ or pre-Boxing.
Itsa good supplement for pumps (which is horrid for MMA) and weight lifting (where your not going going going going like in MMA. Weightlifting is relaxed but intense.
If your BJJ class is RELAXED. But i mean relaxed, it could be a decent supplement. You could try it. But once you start trying to exert a ton of force and pressure, you will feel like shit.
REMEMBER: this is all from my experience.
Sorry but your post kinda makes no sense. You are very vauge. Are you saying that's it's good for short/intense exercise such as weightlting and bad for endurance workouts? I can understand where you come from with the stimulant crash though.
My personal expericne: It's not bad. I've only used it for weightlifting (when I was still working at GNC and had a nice discount). It's helped a lot of people with energy but for some it made them crash. So you will never know how it effects you until you try it. But even if it works great for you, is it worth the money when you can go cheaper routes with coffee and B12?
Everyone has their own experiences. Like i said. for the first 20 minutes i feel buzzed out and like im on crack (srs). Then after the crack feeling wears off, it makes me feel kinda sloppy.
Also, after about 1 hour, i feel angry. Like im raging. Its strong shit.
Have you ever used it? If not, gtfo.
can you suggest a non stim pre workout supp with creatine, aminos and all that? or should i just be taking b12 before i work out?
good answer. How many hours before bed were you taking it?I recently stopped taking Jack3d before my BJJ practices because I was having a hard time getting to bed. In my opinion, Jack3d is probably the most effective preworkout supp I've ever tried. I can almost guarantee that you'll feel better during practice.... I know I did. The biggest benefit that I got from Jack3d was the mental focus, rather than the physical stamina. It probably helps my physical stamina as well, but a lot of getting tired is part of the mental aspect, and Jack3d definitely helps with that. I used to use Jack3d before every practice when I was just getting back into training after a long break, but I knew that I would eventually stop using it once I got my grappling conditioning back. Now that I'm in good shape, I don't use it anymore unless I'm feeling totally beat. My advice to you would be to not use it regularly, and to not make a habit of it. You don't want to have to rely on using Jack3d just to get a decent workout/practice.
good answer. How many hours before bed were you taking it?
To be honest, i would give it a good 6 hours before bed if you want to fall asleep well.
