im an 18 year old male weighing in around 300 lbs and am 6 feet tall. i know i need to lose a lot of weight b/c it's just not healthy to be at that weight. luckily, through my work i have a gym i can use anytime. my friend suggested that with working out i should also use hydroxycut hardcore b/c a buddy of his at college used it and dropped a lot of weight. is this a safe and overall good product? also, are there any other supplements that would be better than this? and i know im asking a lot of questions but if anyone could push me in the right direction of a good workout and diet that could work for me i would really appreciate it. thank you and any input is appreciated.
