Coenen was arguably the 2nd best 145er of all time, but she was still the size of modern BWs. Holy Home probably walks around heavier (Coenen is on record as saying she walked around at 150 or less).No IMO but we shall see. Marloes Coenen was probably the toughest. Coenen was not great at striking, but was a natural 145er that had a very good ground game in her prime.

True but I think she was just bad at cutting/didn't use modern techniques, she said herself she was lighter than Holmgirl.Coenen could not cut to 135 lb easily. She complained about it in Strikeforce and attributes it to her loss to Miesha Tate for the belt defense.
