Hendo opened as a 2.5 to 1 underdog against Mousasi and has moved to almost a 4-1 dog. It seems like there is not much faith left in him. While he has lost 4 of his last 5, 2 of those were split decisions (Rashad and Machida) and the other 2 losses were against monsters (TRT Vitor and Cormier). Do you think old man Hendo has anything left?

I'm gonna put some money on him, I still have a little bit of faith.

Yes, he's 44 with 0 testosterone. He can't beat anyone.

He's in his mid 40s - the guy is a fraction of what he was.

Hendo always has a puncher's chance.

This is becoming an example of someone who should have gone out on top.

With that in mind, Dan should stay home and get on top of his fine wife and call it a great career.

  7. No TRT, only win in recent years is Shogun who's having a hard time too. Mousasi is younger, has great head movement and is difficult to hit. IMO, the odds are fairly accurate, but not enough to make me bet against hendo.

Idk why the UFC keeps feeding him to top contenders.

strength advantage for hendo, especially if they clinch. Power advantage for hendo in the stand up. Im a moose fan but this fight kinda worries me. I can see gegard by sub or decision, but hendo pullin out another W wont suprise me

He may be ancient, but I have no faith in Moose to beat him. Just watch Mousasi 'not be in the mood' again.

I mean I'd FAVOR Moose if I had to pick but still.

I suppose with the money they pay him they don't to see him against somebody like Herman or Marquardt. Same thing with Akiyama getting constantly difficult bouts.

I could see Hendo winning by decision if he doesnt gas too fast or he could land a big punch. Its not THAT long ago he had those close fights with Machida and Rashad...but i guess Hendo will probably stand with Mousasi and thats a bad idea.

Moose is a terrible match up for Hendo honestly. An iron jaw, top level striking, and reach advantage, aren't going to go over well for a 44 year old grappler with a cinder block for a right hand

He won't get ragdolled like he did against DC, and he has a Puncher's chance, but 44 is 44. Gegard takes a decision.

When is the last time Hendo looked good though? Even when he wins, he looks slow, old, weak, and sloppy compared to the Hendo of yore.

Moose should have this, on paper. In reality though, Gegard is so off and on lethargic, it wouldn't shock if Hendo exploded his chin.

I'm thinking Mousasi via decision or RNC.

The list of fighters Hendo has fought is incredible

I think his win against Shogun is more concerning than any of his losses. He was getting the piss beat out of him by a walking corpse with non-functional knees.

Hendo is too old. period. But...

terrible fight for Moose as he could easily lose, and losing to Hendo ruins you. Look at the guys he beat and what they did after losing to him. its bad.

I would pretty surprised if he won.
