I'll join the consensus here.

Gus had a real good argument for winning the first three (maybe even four) rounds.

1,2,5 for Diaz is more comical than anything.

Gus 1,2,3 is still a little asinine because it was close and it could easily have swung to Jones all the same. And it did.

Actually I saw it as the reverse of what you are claiming.

If you think Condit won by using his wheels to circle out of trouble and land the better shots, then how the hell can you not think Gus won that fight. Gus clearly won the first three rounds. Even more than Diaz won three rounds.

bottom line: don't leave it to the judges. there have been worse decisions.

Gus actually was putting damage on jon.
Also Jon in the beginning was the aggressor and was having to track down gus as he bike pedaled around. If anything the fight reminded me of Machida/Rua 1, except Rua is Jon and Machida was Gus. Rewatch the fight and notice half way through round 3 gus because of leg and body shots basically stops bouncing around and jon started warming up.
