JJ said she won't be there because she spent almost a whole month on the road. From the fight in Berlin she went to NY for the Reebok deal, to LA for thumb surgery, to Vegas for Fight Week, to San Diego for the Mir/Dufee card, then to Scotland for that card. So she said she's gonna stay at home with her family until her thumb is completely healed.

Makes sense. Thanks for the info. Shame about UFC overshcheduling her. This is a better opportunity than Mir/Duffee and the Scotland card.

I'd rather see Maryna get the shot over Joanne if she beats Letourneau. But I agree about the quick rematches.

This fight will definitely determine who gets the next shot, and JJ has already said that she hopes it is Gadelha who wins. The only way the winner will not get the next shot is if the winner ends up injured.
