Ali's technique was not great. He punched from his toes, flared his elbow etc. . It was very ironic of him referring to himself as scientific when everything he did was home cooked. He didn't even slip punches.
You have a lot to learn.
There is not one way to box because everyone is built differently, height, weight, reach, speed, power effects how people box.
Ali was hit and move fighter, that's why he punched on his toes, he's not going to go blow for blow as he wasn't that strong, he was fast and nimble.
He jabbed and moved as good as anyone, hit and was not hit, if it works, its good.
Roy Jones Jr was unorthodox ......... was he a poor boxer as well?
........... and for the love of god, your comparing Foreman, you want to do a run down on Foremans technique??
If your putting Ali down for flared elbows what the hell was Foreman doing? he looked like he was a pitcher for a Baseball team the way he used to swing his punches.
