Just saw he's fighting again. Had a decent fight with Swanson who I thought is still a decent fighter and better back then, loss to Stephenson before he fell off then Jordain who is a decent fighter. Now coming back 3 years later is he going to be renewed or will it be an instance where they should have stayed out of the game? Kyle Nelson is pretty bad so at least it appears they want to get him back on track. I have a feeling this might be bad for him but I hope not. Looking back his wins were pretty decent but maybe he bit off more he could chew at his age.

He seems shot but part of it is cause he has horrible defense. Hope he worked on it for his return. I think hes talented enough to carry the mma flag for Korea after Zombie retires.

Looking at his record before the Cub fight

We won’t know til he fights, but I’m optimistic. When KZ came back after doing his mandatory military service, he arguably looked better than he did before leaving. He mentioned in interviews afterwards saying he used the time to let his body heal and focused on adding new skills to his game. Hopefully, DHC did the same.

As long as he aint figghting a power puncher
He is fighting Kyle Nelson. Choi please fight safe rd 1 and you got this.

Yes that chin is nuked. He used up his chin in the Swanson/Stephens fights.

When you know your chin isn't the same anymore it affects your overall fighting ability too. You hesitate to commit, low confidence, overthinking etc.

Liddell was pretty open about this in an interview before the Franklin fight

Don't know if he's shot, he has taken a lot of damage in his last 3 fights, he lost to Cub and Stevens before they started falling off though.

I think he can beat guys outside the top 10 and I expect him to win this fight, but either way he's one of the most exciting guys to watch so we should just be glad he's back.

this what happened to Tyron?

I guess we'll find out.

The long layoff is not good though.

Good luck to him on his return.

Hard to say for sure, but he might just be one of those guys whose body couldn't hold up enough for him to train, get better and compete consistently enough. He's had his fair share of injuries over his career, oh and that one time he "went missing" haha.

Haha! Wtf?

Never seen that before but whatever happened instead of the fight was probably more entertaining than the fight..

It depends where they are fighting. If it's Korea then they will give him a can to smash.
