If you look at his resume its pretty fucking insane.

He's choked out Prime Rumble, Beat Gustaffson more convincingly than Jones, Dominated Hendo (who nearly beheaded Bisping several times), Beat Roy Nelson, KO'd bigfoot, Outwrestled and dominated Barnett, and even beat Frank Mir. His only loss is to one of the all time GOATS

I don't count the silva win because not only was it short notice, its old anderson.

Not trying to be a stickler but "ko'ing Bigfoot" carries as much weight as Cormier beating Stephen Hawking in the 40 yard dash.

Amazing resume. It's wierd with DC though. He started late in his MMA career, in his 30s, and because of this he doesent really feel like a legend yet. Still great champion, and if he could some how beat jones in a rematch, he would be a GOAT contender.

If you're not counting Anderson because 'it's old Anderson' than why count Hendo?
To answer your question, no

It was juiced up Bigfoot who just beat the shit out of Fedor.

... and i expect him to beat Rumble again, and will beat Jon Jones if Jones returns to fight. Jones had ring rust in the OSP fight and will again, DC will take full advantage.

because Hendo still nearly murdered the MW champ.

whether or not you want to say thats because the champ is a joke or not is up to you.

I like the part where he won that Strikeforce HW tourney as an alternate. That'll always stand out about him to me.

I'd go with yes. Shame he didn't start a bit younger to really cement his legacy and take out any question of it though.

Seriously, if he's this good and he started in his 30s imagine the potential he could've had.

I would say so for sure, he's got many good wins against top competition and also wins against said fighters whilst they were still in their primes (excluding Anderson of course)

He beat Gus better than jones?
Gus dropped D.C. He didn't drop jones.
Jones hurt D.C. more.
Jones won more rounds.
Jones won by unanimous decision, D.C. Won by split.

What rubric were you using?
