I've followed UFC since #21 and Dana never seemed to be so recluse as now. Basically since sale of UFC he just announces fights. Has anyone noticed this? Is new owners put him on leech?

Less Dana is always good.
 
He went recluse long before the sale. He said he stopped doing scrums and as much media because people were twisting things he said. He could be lying though, in fact he probably is.
 
I think he's been trending towards less and less appearances for a long time. Media scrums with Dana used to be a hot ticket. Now he doesn't even appear at many of the events. That's not a normative statement, I wouldn't show up either.

Sale wasn't "final" until all parties sign. I think that would take 2 months so probably one month left.

In short he doesn't want to cock it up. I expect him to return to loud mouth hothead in short order after that.
