I think he certainly has a case.

PS: I mean his wrestling inside the octagon/MMA ring, NOT wrestling accomplishments outside of MMA

He got his ass WHOOPED by Cain. Definitely not the same as getting outwreslted. He did take Cain down, just couldn't keep him there and the he just got Cain'd.

As for DC, he's probably the best MMA wrestler right now, but if they were to fight DC isnt taking Brock down, no way.

Brock probably out-wrestles anyone in MMA history... Maybe Kerr or Coleman could give him a challenge, but both still come up short size wise

Cain didn't beat Brock because he has better wrestling so stop making that stupid reply.

Fuck no! Khabib, DC and a few more are p4p better.

Bork is just way heavier than most his opponents... that and he is being tested by UNADA

Takedowns were 1-1 in that fight, and Cain kept Brock down longer.

He's physically the biggest HW wrestler. Kerr and Carwin are close, but Kerr was of a different era and Carwin came to KTFO guys pretty much exclusively. Lesnar's wrestling pedigree is better, of course.

In terms of effectiveness, he's not in the same ballpark as Cain, or even Randy, both of whom have used their wrestling to dominate guys their size or larger. Lesnar just can't generate the same offense against guys far smaller than him. The Cain we saw at 200 would have left pieces of Hunt all over the cage, for example.

Lesnar has far better physical gifts (to the extent that they are in fact natural ones, which is dubious) than Mark Coleman, so he's got a better shot and cardio, but in MMA terms I'd rank them about the same.

Lesnar starting ten years earlier and sticking with it could have come a long way. If he'd fought in an earlier MMA era he would probably have been dominant, too. But he wouldn't be taking home $2+ million paydays either. Smart man.

Yeesh. There's another gif out there of Lesnar getting stuffed by Randy. Damn near 40 lbs and a decade advantage...

There's just something off about how Lesnar moves in a fight.

Lesnar basically blew his wad using all his force to take Cain down for half a second. Cain then took Brock down with ease, and if he didn't finish Brock so quickly after that we would have seen him mop the floor with Brock in the wrestling aspect more and more as the fight went on, as Brock was the one much more likely to fade.

Cain legs > brock's upper body

Obviously not.

Sherdog going WILD over Brock doing something Stipe Miocic had already done with ease.

Hard to say definitively, but DC, Cain, and Randy are up there. In the older era, Severn, Coleman, and Kerr need to be mentioned.
