this was the coolest book in the gym back in 2008. In it, BJ breaks down all aspects of MMA. Is this book from one of the greatest at his prime still relevant today?

ill never forget watching one of his embeddeds back in the day and he was walking on a treadmill and someone I was with jumped up and pointed at the screen and said "THAT RIGHT THERE IS WHY HE LOSES FIGHTS....WALKING ON THE TREADMILL" lmao!Motivated BJ Penn is still undefeated.
this book deserver 10 threads on it. Tell us Master, what's in it? I call those who finish reading this a "Sensei" for they obtained the long forbidden knowledge. This is a motivated book of knowledge, and I came across this one at an airport once.
I also own this book. Just because Fedor is a shell of his former self doesn't mean the knowledge in the book isn't valid

Yeah, it's not like getting top position and GNP became ineffective. Good head position against the cage is the same as it's always been. The same punching combos to takedowns still happen every card.
The question is... How much does any book really help you learn martial arts? Youtube is better.

Video is better for techniques. Books can be better for overall strategy, tactics, psychology, and philosophy.Yeah, it's not like getting top position and GNP became ineffective.
