For a long time Frankie putting Maynard away was, in my book, the single greatest victory in the UFC.

This is a subjective title. Everyone probably has their own. I'm not going to debate, just respect each's view.

I have never been a Bisping fan, but this win can not be denied its awesomeness.

Miesha's win is close too, but !Michael spent a decade fighting to get here and I'm just sitting here with a fat spliff thinking he just might have the best victory ever in The octagon.

Is this spliff talk or is it true?

He went in there and took that shit. He wanted that. That was his shot and he fucking took that shit on two weeks notice and it is home with him forever.

Fucking Michael Bisping. Champion.

Its pretty fucking awesome.

Bisping over Rockhold
Frankie over Maynard
Miesha over Holm

Those are my top three fights as far as how good they made the feels feel.

What fights made you feel the best?

there's been a lot of epic fights and wins. bisping's is up there for sure.

You fckin weedworm.

But yes, I get what you are saying. It's so well-deserved that it seems scripted. A real life cinderella story. Glad Bisping got that strap

Cruz over Dillashaw is my most recent favourite. Bispings is up there aswell for sure.

well it was interesting because for the longest time he was the accepted middleweight gatekeeper and out of nowhere he close decisions Anderson Sylva in a gutsy, heart filled performance, then goes on to surprise luke and finish him in the first round. so it's like out of no where he gets over the hump late in his career. people (me included) love that kind of stuff. (though i will admit, i had a special kind of excitement seeing ronda get knocked out)

Why would it be?

His diligence and insistence over the years to do this and it finally paid off?

Jesus, man, he spent a decade fighting, for real, not figurative, to be the belt holder, and he did it.

And no one thought he could. Its up there for sure. No?

It was an incredible moment, it's definitely up there.

Not sure I follow the criteria here, but...

Dillashaw's win over Barao in their first bout was masterful.

My top3
1- Bisping over Rockhold
2- Mcgregor over Aldo
3- Holm over Rousey ( for bad reasons I admit ... )

Holly vs Ronda.

I was hardly a fan of Holly if at all. Was obvious she is a real work horse but didnt know how far that would get her.

Her post fight interview and post fight presser got me right in the feels.

One the great niches of this sport is when you really dont like a guy and he proves you wrong. Its a funny little psych affect and you just let that positivity rush over you and none of what you used to think holds anymore.

I cant think of another fight that did this to me.

I enjoyed seeing Ronda get ko'd because i was getting tired of her and thought she needed a check. But what Bisping did here was force me to be a fan. When someone does something that reverses a long held bias, thats powerful in any arena.

I was definitely shocked by Bisbing, and god damn did that guy work for it. Him winning the title really proves to me that heart, determination, and hard work are by far more important than talent.

However, Minotauro over Shaub was the most inspiring victory I've ever witnessed. People were literally crying it was so amazing. Minotauro was done at that point in his career, like absolutely shot, over the hill, done, and shaubi was streaking and a young hungry up and comer. It was an amazing victory.

Frankie over Maynard, Meisha over Holly, Weidman over Silva are all greats in my book as well. Hendo over lombard was badass too.
