I'm not talking about cooking steak, chicken, fish, or lobster on your home grill.

The barbecue I'm talking about is simply slow n low.
Brisket, Sausage, Beef ribs, Pork ribs... etc

Its all about the portions.

And of course the beer.

You're talking about protein, so no, unless you add sugars (rib sauce is often loaded with sugar) or simply eat too many calories.

Fatty cuts of meat and ribs I'm sure aren't great for you especially how you add flavor to them.

Post 3000 I think I need to get a life.

The sauce usually is basically a ton of sugar

meat is fattening. how is this even a question?

A ton of meat accompanied covered in sugar with sides that are major portions of carbs. Yeah BBQ is horrible for you. But its delicious.

I believe there is some indication that the burnt and singed parts are a carcinogen as well.

I've never eaten a barbecue, so I don't know.

3000? Glad I don't have 3000 posts. Go get a life and eat some BBQ.

I'm hungry now, gonna go eat some meat

It's no health food that's for sure. But god damn is it delicious.

It's just fatty cuts of meat really. You're not adding butter or oil to cook with so you do save some calories there.

Barbeque is part of a complete healthy breakfast

Usually yes.

The fat left on the meat. The sugar in the BBQ sauce.
