Is Banshee any good ?

So I got the first season of Banshee and have yet to watch it. Is it any good ?

yes banshee is fucking good ,the premise seems silly but the show will grow on you. it has some epic action moments,crazy gun play and hand to hand combat. it also has some good cinematography.

Fantastic show; I just finished season 3 last night. It can be a bit over the top, but that's also part of its charm imo. You will not be bored, that's for sure. Non stop fight scenes and some brutal deaths. No shortage of naked ladies.

Lucas Hood is a fucking badass. Kai Proctor is a creepy, interesting villain. I love the small town, Amish country setting.

I put it in the same category as "Strike Back", in that it's like a Showtime series on HBO.

Don't expect a very tight narrative, with extreme attention to detail, like the best HBO has to offer. It's alright though.

Banshee is fucking bananas: Amish gangsters, Russian mobsters, white supremacists, and Native American terrorists. It's a true melting pot of awesomeness and the perfect "three beers on a Friday night after a shitty work week" TV show.

I want to call this Job's Smirking Revenge, except it's less a smirk than a moment of casual satisfaction. Easily my favorite character. Dude is dangerously flamboyant & fucking hilarious.
