Is anyone else not interested in GSP vs Khabib?

Big fan of both but, provided GSP can make 155, this is a squash match. GSP jabs and double legs Khabib all day long. It also ruins Khabib's perfect record. It's definitely a money fight, and I understand the appeal, but it doesn't seem necessary.

You're right, he should go up and fight a one eyed career journeyman for a belt when he ducked Anderson like the fucking plague and then cut to 155 for the first time ever after claiming he couldn't do it in the past, so he can fight an undefeated grappler like Khabib instead of fight Woodley...

He mentioned on JRE that he wanted to do things that excite him. I can understand why trying other things besides WW would excite him, can't you?

But I think GSP would keep that fight standing. GSP's standup game is FAR better than Khabib's.

Winning the 155 belt wouldn't even move the needle for me. It would for his huggers however. If Georges went up and beat Weidman, it would do more for him in my eyes than beating Khabib. That's why that Anderson over Griffin win would mean more to me than it would've if Anderson cut down to beat up on a grappler like Hughes when he was running 185.
