Or is that too much of a jump for Pettis coming off a loss? Dos Anjos is on a two fight losing streak, if not, how do you match these two up in their returns next year?

RDA vs Barboza/ Dariush winner and Pettis vs Miller/ Poirier loser or Michael Johnson.

Pettis has dropped well below RDA at this point.

RDA will most likely finish him if they fought again.

RDA would stop him this time.

I don't care for Pettis too much either but you don't need to kill the poor guy.

Dude lost 4 of his last 5. He really needs to take some time off, switch camps, or do something to reinvent himself. He should be fighting mid tier guys for a while too considering thats what he is atm. He could've easily been 0-5 if he didn't get the choke on Do Bronx.

Really want to see him take some time and make some changes. Way too soon for a rematch with RDA atm unless they want to ship him off to Bellator.

Pettis need to be fighting fights that he can win for his next 3 fights. He has some huge things going with him right now. And I'm talking about how confident he is. He lost that. And he is one of those fighters that without that, becomes a less version.

Against Holloway, he thought that he was hurt and then did stop fighting like he was in the first round. Got finished for the first time, too.

I don't think Pettis would want it. Bad. Loss for both guys

Give pettis a fringe top ten guy so he can get a win. For RDA an easier match would be good too. Give him someone ranked between 7-10, whoever that may be.

    Absolutely not. Pettis needs to:
    A) Restore his confidence (the RDA fight basically damaged it)

    B) Reinvent himself as a fighter, to some extent, style-wise. Better boxing, takedowns, and maybe strength.

I think RDA would beat him up pretty badly. Could see Nate fighting him again. That would be fun.
