Barr is quite a piece of work as well. He doesn't have to be impeached though, the House could just hold him in contempt.

It doesn't look like it, but regardless, I would be furious if i found out my vote wasn't being counted because of the USPS.

Honestly man you'd have to be pretty stupid to choose an unreliable way of voting and then get furios after the election because it's unreliable.

Regarding a revote. If they find a lot of ballots cast by dead people and people living outside of the state etc. they would just throw out those votes and count the rest normally.

The only thing I'm not sure of is what they'd do it they find out someone voted multiple times. They could count that vote once or they could decide to not count it at all.
