This guy is eccentric and quirky but has some interesting stuff to say...his modified vegan rawish diet seems some what more intelligent than most so called vegetarians and vegans. He incorporates lots of good fats like nuts and coconut oil etc. + avocados galore, but a huge part of his "diet" is liquids and tons of green veggies. Plus he does eat pastured chicken eggs. He is big on "fulvic acid", trace minerals, dechlorinated water both drinking and bathing, and into blue algae + hibiscus tea and Kombucha tea like every damn day. Says that he drinks north of a gallon of clean water a day and seems pretty active and in shape for a 55yr for sure. Seems like and optimal mostly plant based diet. He has his choline/K2/monounsaturated and saturated fats + protein from eggs obviously so any real need for more animal product?

How much to do you think having cleaner, filtered water matters and not using fluoride in your toothpaste, not having metal fillers in your teeth, and proper cooking wear (*ceramic mostly i guess), and other odds and ends matter in optimizing an overall "healthy"diet and otherwise long vital life?

Do you even know anyone who's vegetarian? Most of us are very attentive to diet. How could we not be, with all the crap that's out there trying to pass as "food"? I think we'd all be better off if we avoided diet fads and tried to eat simple and natural - vegetarian or not.
