Is 2x a week enough?

I do 1 day no-gi and 1 day gi...
1.5 hour class + .5-1hr free grappling
good??what do you think?

Yes 2x per week is great. If you want to win the Pan Ams or Mundials, it's not enough. If you want to train, learn BJJ, get in shape and improve steadily, yes it's fine.
Thank you for that. I needed to hear that. I have not rolled in 3 months(chipped bottom of tailbone). I have been working 60+ hours a week in a physically demanding career, as well as traing Defranco's WSFSB program MWF and HIIT training on MWF mornings(before the 10 hr day, lol) and wondered if I could train tues and thurs, but thought that would not be enough. I am young and am in no hurry at all. Thanks again for that comment. NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
