Mo and Rampage would of been good.

Krazy Horse is just awful.

And did you see T.I. yelling "KILL THE HEAD AND THE BODY WILL FOLLOW"

That show was such a joke, I can't stand listening to Ludacris and TI try to give these guys advice, ridiculous. I forget which one it was, saying something like, "kill the head the body will follow, kill the head the body will follow" and then after the guy RNC's him, he says, "See, I told you! I told you!"

EDIT- Ha didn't see someone already quoted him, I was literally embarassed to be watching it at that point.

That Novell guy has no idea what he's doing.

Fucking stupid!!! That is the only 2 words I can come up with for this show. Some of the guys I work with came in and were like, hey, you watch that Ultimate Fighting stuff, you heard of that show on BET called the iron ring. First, FAIL on calling it Ultimate Fighting, secondly, they kind of gave me a run down on what is going on, and as soon as they said Krazy Horse, I almost quit life!! Although, it would be cool to see Vernon, Rampage, etc as coaches. Then a little bit of cred could be given

i was embarassed at this point. All these loudmouth rappers pretending to know how to fight... and casting a trainer who admittedly never trained a day in his life.. lol

I think The Boondocks got it right "BET is here to destroy black people."

i just lol at this show--no 1 watches it

I read that the SWAM dude is a bjj black belt under Jacare in Atlanta. Hard to believe lol.

what the hell is with old ass martial artists claiming they were all undefeated world champions at one point in their life?

because it is true! I am also undefeated in the art of karate... because I never actually fought it :D same thing with those guys

Ha on his profile it says
