im glad to see more politicians wake up. personally i dont care but what grinds my gears is the israeli rhetoric and how they believe we are idiots that dont know whats going on.
Jews need a home. That's the land they came from before they were scattered. Arabs have 7 nations surrounding it which could absorb the former Judean inhabitants which now dwell in Gaza and the West Bank.
Irishman pointing out the obvious. But why not be as passionate against the Arab neighboring nations who refuse to take in their Gaza brothers?
They were never scattered thats just BS, most of the jews simply converted to something else according to the rulers in turn.
Palestinians are closer to the original hebrews than european jews, if we go by that metric.
Israel needs to be content with that they have as of now, they built amazing cities in the middle of nowhere. They need to move past zionism and accept the fact that they cant have Greater Judea.
Arabs need to do the same and realize they aint getting the whole package either. The best would be Israel becoming a secular state founded on the principles of enlightment.
The Romans razed and pillaged their villages, sacrificed swine to Roman God's in the Jewish temple, destroyed Jerusalem, banned Hebrews from living in that city and changed the name of Judea to Palastina (the land of the Philistines) to spite.
Sure they were never scattered... Cool story bro.
Bring me archeological and genetic evidence that this was the case. They razed judaism, they didnt destroyed the jews, thats a big difference.
Its not like the Romans even had the capability to commit large scale genocide, or even the will, the Romans simply liked to destroy the local religions when they posed to be troublesome to their romanization efforts.
The whole religion-race act that jews have certainly have allowed them to get away with a lot of stuff. People believing the Bible is a valid historical record also helps them a lot.
You're arguing that the Jewish diaspora is a fable and that the Roman reaction to the Judean-Roman wars is all made up.
...
Yes, thats exactly what im arguing about...
