It isn't as obscure in the UK as the video would suggest it is in Ireland. There's some decent BBQ places in London at least but it's far from a saturated market.

I wish there were more bbq places where I live. There is one good chain of restaurants called Memphis Blues, but the closest one is about 6km away. If one opened near me I would eat nothing else, probably.

There's places out there in southern California that do BBQ, but you'd be more likely to find barbaqoa, which is similar, but different. Also southern BBQ is the best.
