Gaethje showed some improvement last night. Still not perfect, but he usually hits so hard hard that it doesn't matter to him to take a few in return.

I agree that he has talent, potential, and has made improvements. I believe that "take two shots to land one" is not a good long-term strategy for your health or career. If he is serious about moving to the big leagues and facing better competition, he would need to focus more on developing his all-around game (especially defense), and less on proving how tough he is.

I agree that he needs to really work on his defense, and his improvements showed because he didn't take a whole lot of damage, and dealt plenty in return.
