anyone has this? how good are they?

They're circuit training DVDs. Umm they're a little on the pricey side for what's on them. The two that I have are both less than 40 min long. They do give some good advice.

If you're school is not into conditioning too much I'd say get these. But I've heard of schools that incorporate circuit training......so it's up to what your needs are. You can get a lot of free advice in the other forum sections also.
