Just did 3x3 minutes on the treadmill. Put the incline on 15 and speed at around 5.5 Anyone do stuff like this. My lungs were burning and my teeth hurting. I forgot how great these were in comparison to regular hill sprints
There's a park near my house where I do hill sprints with my dogs, sometimes going backwards or sideways uphill as well for different muscles. I find I can switch it up even more by opening or taking shorter strides. Longer strides work my glutes and hamstrings more and yes I'm always gassed, same as my dogs. Great form of cardio and I think is better on your knees than flat or downhill running as well
I do this a lot. Crank it to max incline and then raise the speed .5mph every 20-30 seconds until I blow
