Intermittent Fasting and time restricted eating?

It's funny, before i even knew this was a thing it's what i'd usually do to get back in shape fast. Id drink coffee all day then eat one big healthy meal at the end of the day.

When i was younger id do the 6 small meals. All sweet potatos, veg and chicken breasts and it didn't work as well.
 
Do 14 to 16 hours every night for 5x a week. You'll like it.
 
How did fasting effect your work outs?

Did you feel more sluggish?
No it did not. I had lots of coffee and water. Just make sure you eat well at the end of you fast. Try to eat dinner at 6pm and then not eat again until 8-10am. Sleeping is the easiest way to fast.
 
Hell, I prefer to workout after fasting. Unfortunately that only happens on weekends or days off and on others I workout after work.
