Any time TJ won 4 straight in the UFC, he would lose

When he fought Assuncao the first time, he was 8-1

When he fought Cruz, he was 12-2

As of now, he has won 4 in a row, and is 17-3.

    Interesting.

The UFC has always fucked up fighters records. Wikipedia says 16-3, tapology, espn, mixedmartialarts.com and several other websites says he's 16-3

Even the stat talked in this thread, if he was 17-3 he would be on a 5 fight win streak.

since losing to Cruz (12-3 after that) he won 4 fights:

    13-3
    14-3
    15-3
    16-3
