Interesting idea for TUF...

Would you be interested in a second comeback season of TUF? Similar to the one where Matt Serra won?

Like maybe you have guys that either got cut from the UFC and want back in or fighters who have been stagnant in their division.

And the coaches, instead of being fighters, should be actual good mma coaches like Greg Jackson and Rafael Cordeiro.

I want to say no.

And the reason is with as many cards as the UFC is trying to run there is no reason to bring most of these guys in and give them real pay. If the goal is to put a bunch of old "names" on TV in hopes that it drives viewership I'm not interested.

Although the UFC probably would enjoy marketing some old name into a title shot. Doesn't matter how credible it is, it's what you can sell. TUF isn't exactly the best sell these days, but there is too much money out there for them not to entertain the thought of once again using the show to sell a PPV and give fodder to their champion.

I know, nobody thought Serra would win etc.

But come on, it's 2015 now. Who would be on a WW TUF Comeback season in 2015? Joe Riggs? Daniel Roberts? Jesse Taylor? Nobody is fucking paying to see those guys fight the winner of Lawler/Rory, or anyone else who might be champion by the time the show ends.

If they make it all about fairly inexperienced guys who went 1-2 and got cut, to get more wins under their belt, with NO TITLE SHOT, I'd be interested. But it shouldn't happen if the winner gets a title-shot, no chance.

Instead of a title shot as the prize they could put them in a contenders fight against #1 or 2 guy to earn a shot at the belt.

I seem to take more interest in seasons where I am familiar with a guy or 2. Watched a lot of last season bc I was familiar with half the girls
