Interclub in 2 weeks and need to lose 7 pounds.

The title explains it really.

I have an interclub in 2 weeks and i am 7 pounds over the fighting weight.

It is same day weigh ins so i cannot dehydrate myself.

am i officially screwed or can i make it with exercise and healthy eating?
 
interclubs dont matter too much as long as your within 5lbs
 
7 pounds is a lot for 2 weeks maybe live on water and bread and just run 4-7 miles should do the trick depends on your body type
 
7 pounds isn't much for 2 weeks mate, restrict to under 25g of carb a day, drink plenty of water, eat grilled lean chicken breast n turkey steak with green veg. Half hour of cardio a day and you should be fine
