equals broken arm. fuckzors. well not really. but a fucked up shoulder. during training i busted an inside switch and shoved my partners shoulder through the floor into the pits of hell. inside switch best defensive move ever?

Inside switch is a nice move that can be used from the turtle or guard and can be turned into a kimura rather easily.
